Survey Entry (Primary Method): Visit the campaign landing page at theteamsreport.com (or directly at learn.realscout.com/theteamsreport/) and complete the RealScout Teams Report 2026 survey in its entirety, including providing a valid email address. Completing the survey constitutes one (1) entry.
Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry — No Purchase Necessary): To receive one (1) entry without completing the online survey, hand-print your full name, email address, phone number, state of residence, and the statement “I am an active real estate team leader” on a 3″ × 5″ card, and mail it to: RealScout Teams Report 2026 Sweepstakes, 548 Market Street, Suite 98337, San Francisco, California 94104, Attn: Sweepstakes Administrator. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 10, 2026 and received by August 15, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per envelope.
Limit: One (1) primary survey entry per person per valid email address. Duplicate survey submissions will be disqualified.
5. Bonus Entries Through Referrals
After entering, participants will receive a unique referral link via email. For each additional eligible person who enters the Sweepstakes by completing the survey through your unique referral link, you will receive three (3) additional entries. There is no limit to the number of additional entries that may be earned through referrals, provided each referred entrant is a unique eligible individual.
Referrals are tracked via Viral Loops. Each referred entrant must be a unique, eligible individual. Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or bulk referrals are void, and Sponsor reviews and removes invalid or duplicate referral entries prior to the drawing.

8. Prize Conditions and Tax Obligations
Winners must complete any required verification steps and, for prizes with an approximate retail value of $2000 or more (i.e., the Grand Prize winner and each Runner-Up winner), must submit a completed IRS Form W-9 before their prize is disbursed. Failure to submit a W-9 within fourteen (14) days of request will result in forfeiture of the prize.
All prizes with an approximate retail value of $2000 or more are subject to IRS Form 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC reporting. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes received.

10. Disqualification and Fraud
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who: (a) submits entries using multiple email addresses, automated scripts, bots, or any other method that artificially inflates entries; (b) submits false or misleading eligibility information; (c) refers individuals who are not genuine eligible participants; or (d) otherwise violates these Official Rules or attempts to defraud the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s fraud detection is performed through Viral Loops’ built-in fraud system and Sponsor’s own review process prior to prize disbursement.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
