Opendoor Launches Cash Now, More Later Nationally With RealScout as Agent Platform Partner

RealScout becomes the first lead nurture platform to surface live Opendoor cash offers – including Cash Now, More Later – directly inside the agent workflow.


SAN FRANCISCO, CA – May 19, 2026 – Opendoor today launched its Cash Now, More Later product nationally, with RealScout as the industry launch partner. RealScout is the first lead nurture platform in real estate to bring Opendoor’s cash offers directly into the agent workflow, giving agents three seller paths, two paydays on Cash Now, More Later deals, and a listing that stays theirs.

Through RealScout, agents can present sellers with three clear paths on every eligible listing: a traditional Opendoor cash offer for speed and certainty; Cash Now, More Later, which delivers cash in hand plus potential open market upside; or a traditional sale. On Cash Now, More Later deals, the agent earns a bonus commission of 1% to 2% when Opendoor buys the home, then their full commission when the home resells. The agent’s name stays on the sign. They remain the listing agent of record.
