Is AI Search available now?
AI Search is available for all RealScout users, and it’s designed to turn natural language into MLS-aware, editable searches.
How accurate is AI Search?
AI Search shows its work—filters and assumptions are visible and editable before you save.
How much does AI Search cost?
AI Search is free, with a limit of 50 queries per month. If you hit the limit, you'll be able to upgrade on your billing page. The current upgrade option is $19.99/month for up to 500 queries per month.
Who is Scout Score for?
Agents and teams who want a simple way to prioritize follow-up based on real engagement signals.
Who gets a Scout Score?
Scout Score is only calculated for Nurtured Contacts. Non-nurtured contacts don’t have RealScout activity yet, so there’s no data to calculate a score.
What does Contact Enrichment help with?
Filling key missing contact details so follow-up is more consistent and less manual.
Does Contact Enrichment count toward Nurtured Contacts?
Yes. Contact Enrichment is part of our suite of Nurture Tools, and any contact that’s enriched is counted as a Nurtured Contact. A Nurtured Contact is any contact in RealScout with at least one nurture tool applied–such as a Listing Alert, Home Value Alert, Market Activity Alert, or Contact Enrichment–or a contact who has engaged with your site by logging into their profile.
