5 Listing Leads Guarantee – Offer Terms

To qualify, you must enable and send 500 monthly Home Value Alerts to contacts in your RealScout account within 10 calendar days after your Implementation Date (the “Setup Period”). These 500 HVAs (the “Required Alert Quantity”) must remain active for 90 consecutive days from the end of the Setup Period (“Qualifying Term”). After fulfilling the above requirements, you may submit written cancellation notice to support@realscout.com and receive a full refund of any paid amounts under the Agreement as long as: (a) the cancellation request is sent within 4 months from the Implementation Date, (b) your account reflects fewer than 5 messages and/or agent valuation requests from contacts in your account relating to the Home Value Alerts during the Qualifying Term, and (c) your account is open and in good standing.
