The table below lists MLSs where RealScout is available for individual agents and teams affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty. This list is updated regularly as new MLSs are added. If you are a Coldwell Banker Realty agent, and don’t see your MLS listed below, please add your name to the wait list, and we’ll contact you when it becomes available.

What to expect with the MLS approval process
Depending on your MLS, it may require additional approval steps to get your RealScout account up and running. This step is usually required to provide full-feed data to your RealScout account, which is why it may take longer than a IDX approval process.
In every case, your billing will start only when your MLS access has been approved.
Here are the three categories of MLS approval types:
- Automatic approval – no action needed. You will typically be able to use the product right away.
- Self-serve approval – please follow the steps provided by the platform and submit any required forms. We’ll inform you when the MLS provides approval. This usually takes 1-5 business days to complete after you submit the forms
- Manual approval – our support team will be in touch to guide you through the approval process. This usually takes 1-5 business days to complete once required forms are submitted.
