What is the Buyer Graph?
Seven Charlotte brokerages and five Raleigh brokerages combined forces to aggregate their buyer data for better market transparency in the face of difficult times and volatile market conditions, creating two new Buyer Graph initiatives.
These Buyer Graph, powered by RealScout, enables participating brokerages to securely share buyer demand data across brokerages, unlocking advanced market analytics and smart deal brokering for participating agents and consumers.
The founding members of the Raleigh Buyer Graph initiatives include Allen Tate Realtors, Fonville Morisey, Mark Spain Real Estate, Realty ONE Group, and RE/MAX United. The Charlotte initiative includes Allen Tate Realtors, Helen Adams Realty, Pridemore Properties, Mark Spain Real Estate, Realty ONE Group, RE/MAX Executive, and Vylla Home.
